Replacement

Once agreement has been reached the replacement process is very simple this involves:-

• A replacement estimate from a Jeweller of your own choice being obtained.
• Once agreed you will be asked to sign an acceptance form so that the jewellery may be released.
• Any cost associated with labour, manufacturing costs and VAT will be agreed directly with the Jeweller.
• A valuation will accompany all replacement jewellery supplied
• The claim will not be concluded until you are 100% satisfied that the replacement jewellery meets with your approval.
